"The number of reported influenza cases for week 47 of the 2009-2010 season is almost at historic levels. However, a downward trend has been observed for five consecutive weeks...ILI in the state rate has decreased from a high of 12.04% in week 42, to 4.37% for week 47."
Reporting by the Missouri Outpatient ILI Surveillance Network (ILINet) shows ILI moving up again in week 47.
